I was psyched to be able use this gym through a friend while traveling to DC recently. Cleanliness is on point, machines and weights were plentiful and accessible.Been going to this gym less than a year and its been a good experience. Tons of cardio and lifting equipment to get a good workout in. Staff was super courteous and helpful, the club manager walked me through their operations, which was welcomed and unexpected. But the clean TOWELS were icing on the cake.If I were local this would be my spot. If youre on the fence about gyms in the ArlingtonDC area, look no further.
