At the age of 53 - fat, unhealthy, and never having done a group exercise class in MY LIFE, I found my way to FPY through a friend. It was the single best decision I have made about my health, ever! During the pandemic, I decided NO MORE BEING UNHEALTHY. The online membership allowed me the freedom to do yoga at home, when and where I wanted. I had a good foundation through the in-studio classes- and being able to do it at home meant I could do yoga 4 - 5 days a week, instead of 1 or 2. Im a late night person. Now at nearly 55, I am in the best shape of my life, able to move my body in ways I never thought possible again, and about 40 pounds lighter. Makes my husband happy too! I now combine walking 2 - 3 times a week, weight training 2 - 3 times a week, and yoga 2 - 3 times a week. Having that personal time to focus, concentrate and think about ME and my fitness goals is invaluable. We are all stressed out all the time, and you need this in your life! Cant thank Denice enough!
