Warm and welcoming environment, teachers staff. The 90-min beginner friendly hot yoga class is great for both new and seasoned yogis. If you are new to the Bikram style, the teachers will explain the postures to you with strong and clear alignment cues. Ive had several teachers take the time to come up to me during class, address me by name and gently guide me through and further explain specific postures.
