The trigger point therapy is amazing and has really helped! Allison is extremely knowledgeable! Im rating it at the highest possible rating for being authentic and human. Bringing mind, all bodies, and spirits together to share in strength, balance, wellness, and breath work. Renewing and strengthening both mind and body, all the while maintaining a sense of humor and lightness. Not taking yourself to seriously. I emphasize real....for at this moment in time Im actually doing this rating knowingly.
