Baptiste Power Yoga is a great studio! The class I took was a bit above my ability and the instructor went out of her way to accommodate me and challenge me in new ways. She really individualized the practice and turned it into a great experience. The studio is very peaceful and clean and mindful of hygiene. The atmosphere is very welcoming of all skill levels. What a great find this studio is! I highly recommend!weeks and this is the hot yoga studio I was looking for! They have two different hot rooms, smaller class sizes, and its hot but not overly so like some other places Ive been to. The instructors are motivating and great at demonstrating the postures as well as explaining them without pushing anyone past their limits. They have two personal bathrooms both with showers that have great water pressure which is huge since I usually am heading straight to work after a class.
