Yuma travel really almost every other county

Yuma County faces a challenge that really almost every other county in our area faces, and that is county roads. This challenge happens to be at the forefront of most conversations concerning the county. With limited resources such as quality gravel pits and man power the struggle becomes even more complicated. Many of the residents in Yuma county travel these roads on a daily basis. With agriculture as one of our largest industries, Yuma county relies heavily on the truck traffic associated with planting, harvesting, and hauling of livestock. With a little over 2280 miles of maintained roads in our county, that is quite a few miles of roads. If elected as county commissioner, I will make this challenge a top priority preserving the way of life that has built and continues to build the county we call home.
