Excellent customer service !!! Everything was in perfect condition and very clean. Great price! I rented their propane fire pit for two nights. Super cheap and the process was easy. Friend at the counter. Definitely re-hire. Im not usually the one to give reviews, but the level of customer service provided by Eli from Mountain Side Gear Rental was above and beyond. I have very little backpacking experience. Eli and the staff were knowledgeable, their prices were reasonable, and they were very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. On top of that, my flight to Denver was delayed, and didnt arrive until 945 p.m. My plan was to drive to Aspen that night and start our trip the next morning. Eli was kind enough to come to the store at 11pm to give us the gear and make sure we had everything we needed. His desire to do so prevented me from spending the night in Denver. This store could not recommend enough!
