I have been going to 502 since they opened doors several years ago and cant say enough good things about this studio! Strength building is something Ive always run from literally, always been team cardio! However, thanks to 502 and the wonderful teachers, strength building during vinyasa flows and arm balances is something I look forward to! Dont wish for it, work for it and If not now, when? are words first introduced to me during my yoga practice at 502 and are words I remind myself of often!
