I absolutely love visiting this place. Staff members are very friendly and see your needs instantly. Highly recommended. I would give 100 stars if I could. Oh man what a terrible service level. Their store manager I believe was an old woman far from the meaning of the word, who should have cut raw meat in the basement, alone. Brought Wednesday and got them by Sunday. Very reasonable price for not buying equipment in their store. Knowledge is a very knowledgeable worker and good conversation about you. My skis were shown 5 minutes later in the vicinity of the pick and they were kind enough to unlock and let me do what they absolutely did not have to do. I look forward to using them again.
