I love that the workout is spelled out for me and I can get in and out quickly and still get a great workout. The results are great as well!I was looking to change things up after doing CrossFit for a few years. 9Roubd is a great mix of cardio, boxing, and core. Id highly suggest it to anyone looking for a great 30-40 minute workout!I absolutely love this gym! I get a total body cardio workout every time! Every single class I have been to leaves me feeling like I have it my all and I feel so accomplished from this! I love the way I also get the personal trainer experience without the personal trainer fees! Excellent gym!
