I am really learning alot about exercise and what I can do. I like the individualized attention. I have been working out with Aaron for about 6 months and I am seeing great results. Great support and these folks know their stuff. Awesome staff that are willing to help you achieve your goals. They work with all client types from older people to teens to anyone trying to get in shape. Clean facility and they keep enough space you dont feel uncomfortable working out. Its a little pricey in my opinion, but actually way cheaper than an equivalent amount of personal training sessions anywhere else and they will help with diet plans tool so its a better value.
