We ordered our five bedroom set with safety plan from Bassett in February 2020. Postpone the CO Kavid, it was our longest furniture experience. Three of the five pieces came to us with different topics. The dresser was damaged during delivery and we have now re-ordered the same dress two more times. All three of the dressers came to us with broken and or production defects and the most recent was the attempt to deliver the dresses today. The two nightstand drawers will not close properly, and we have chosen to fix this problem after delivery. This was as a mistake, even after the safety plan, we are still waiting for the problems to be fixed almost a year after delivery.
