I have been living in Von Place VP for over 5 years now. The new owner management company is by far the best I have been here. The maintenance team is incredibly beautiful, fast and efficient. The changes that VP is making planning to make are really nice. Im excited to see whats to come, and hope to have a more positive experience with this new management team. Unfortunately, I have had terrible experiences with previous owners management companies - they were absolutely horrible.
