Impact is by far the most friendly and inviting gym Ive ever stepped foot in. Marcus always has such an inviting smile and positive attitude every time I see him. The owner is always encouraging, funny and motivating. Every staff member has been beyond helpful, inviting and has become family to me.I dont even remember the employees name but he sat with me in the office canceled my membership on the spot no surprise fees or charges, but more importantly, even though I was canceling a membership he didnt rush me out or treat me poorly instead he stayed with me as I cried. I was an absolute mess he listened to me, let me stay as long as I needed to until I felt emotional stable enough to get behind the wheel, offered support, genuinely cared about my loss.Ill never forget how non judgmental, compassionate, caring that employee was during one of the worst moments in my life. You cant buy that. Highly recommend this gym
