Ive been taking classes at River Rock for over a year, and it is a top-quality studio with incredibly talented instructors who share their knowledge and passion for yoga with their students. Going to yoga at River Rock is one of the best parts of my week. I always leave feeling more relaxed and uplifted. Im definitely not a hardcore yogi, and Im very inflexible, so dont be intimidated by yoga! There are classes at all levels and even classes for true beginners. If you want to feel better, sign up for a class. You wont regret it!
