I am a baby boomer, retired from healthcare. As I age, I realize an increased need to maintain strength, flexibility and balance. Yoga does all these things. Anyone benefits from yoga but during the aging process, remaining independent, nurturing a greater quality of life can make all the difference. At Brick City, the instructors emphasize that each individual should move at hisher own pace, do what is comfortable in your own unique body. I would like to see more boomers taking charge of their own health.
