Laid back atmosphere. They have a lot of well maintained equipment. I picked up a two week pass while in town. Great price and place. If you are old-school this is the place to go.Very kind staff Emma especially!. Facilities slook nice and plenty of room for people to work out on a weekend evening. Gym goers were all friendly helpful.
