I have been working out here for three years. Great community! Went for the first time and had a killer workout. Shane and Lindsey were great and very encouraging. Tons of equipment. Scaling workouts to your level is encouraged and supported. We are doing the 12 Week Total Body Transformation Boot camp!!! Workouts are awesome and our trainers are knowledgeable and engaging! I am really not the Gym type, but I feel right at home here with Steve and his excellent staff!
