One full hour of high-intensity weights, rowing, and running on the treadmill. Great workout for busy people who dont have a lot of free time to spend hours at the gym. The coaches do a great job keeping you motivated and the studio is a loud, fun, energetic atmosphere. And if youre competitive, they have fairly regular benchmark workouts to measure your progress and see how you stack up against other members. Ive gotten a lot out of it and always look forward to my scheduled classes.I have tried different Gyms throughout the years but OTF is something special. The coaches take the time to get to know you and your abilities. If your looking to step out of your comfort zone this is the place for you.
