The trainers and everyone who works there are so friendly and fun, its never too crowded, everyones focused on getting a good workout, and its such a positive, supportive environment. Love it and feel lucky its in my neighborhood. One of the best workouts in the city. You arent hitting bags - its partners with mitts. Much better boxing class than most.
