I have been using Bob Brown for many years for our air conditioning and heating repairs and maintenance. One of their best assets is those who work for them. Especially Heather. He was kind and thoughtful and took the time to help me renew my services without having to deal with my busy schedule. He is truly a great representative of the company and it is the kindness of the people - whether on the phone or in person who shines the company. Kevin and Caden were here to connect my dryer vent. It may seem simple but believe me when I say it wasnt. Several trips to fix the problem, the water was ruining my walls and floor and I had to cut a hole in the ceiling. Looks like it was never connected. But the water source stopped us. I live in a condo and it was so frustrating but we are finally making progress. Kevin and Caden didnt leave my condo and they made me feel like I wasnt alone! I will be reunited in a few days and I am grateful to them and to Bob Brown!
