I practice at Yoga Spot often. They have an excellent crew of instructors with varying vinyasa flows to challenge me. I get tired of doing the same flows over and over so its nice they have a variety of classes. In my yoga journey I have practiced at over 50 different studios and love to experience each one.Ive been going to Yoga Spot consistently since February. The community of people are so great! Yoga Spot is warm, welcoming and the staff really makes you feel like youre right where youre supposed to be. The instructors are so amazing and Ive learned so much from watching and practicing along side them. Its been such a great journey and I look forward to continuing my practice right here at Yoga Spot. Check them out! You wont be disappointed.
