Love this studio! I enjoy the people, the space, and with this organization, I am able to become a better me. Five stars, baby. I highly recommend signing up for a vinyasa flow with Katie Cassidy. Relaxing session with plenty of resting between gentle leg and ab strength work. This studio also has a beautiful playlist and has very welcoming staff and customers. I love Sellwood Yoga! Im a new student here and have been attending classes for the past month or so. Compared to the many studios Ive been to in Seattle and Portland, Sellwood really stands out, for the really special energy it offers and deeply supportive, restorative space.
