She has helped me progress in my practice greatly and really walks the walk as they say!Ive been a student at Jala since the studio opened and am always impressed by the beauty and cleanliness combined with excellent instruction and care from the teachers. Ive been to many studios and know that Jala is a special and welcoming place that is filled with positive energy. Classes are appropriate for all levels, with modifications offered for those who need them or guidance provided for those looking to advance their practice.
