Texas City accounting understand the consequences crimes

As your next DA, my job will be to make Polk County a safer community by building on the good work of those who came before me while strengthening the system where it needs more muscle.As the City of Livingston Municipal Judge, I actively work with law enforcement, signing warrants and reviewing Probable Cause Affidavits.

An attorney for 15 years, 50 of my practice is criminal law. I understand the consequences crimes have on our community and how to deal with difficult cases effectively.I will seek to return the responsibility of CPS cases to the DAs office. I understand the cost, but protecting our children is worth the investment. Cases against violent crimes, drug trafficking, and sex offenses will receive the highest priority.

Schooled in financial management, I will control expenses. The DAs budget exceeds 1.3M while employing 16 employees. My business acumen and 15 years of legal experience position me to maximize results.

Born and raised in Livingston, I graduated from LHS in 1986 graduated Texas AM University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting licensed as a Certified Public Accountant, I achieved Senior Tax Director with Price water house Coopers, LLP. I earned a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston, and, I graduated Cum Laude honors from South Texas College of Law.
