I tried a swing yoga class. My first yoga class ever.It was so amazing that when I left, I booked my second class. Lesley was such a great instructor. She encourages and helps everyone. Rachel was there too, thankfully so, she had to help me a few times. Its a great workout! Cant wait for my next class.There is no way to describe the positive, calm, enlightening atmosphere and staff at the Pink Lotus. I have been attending classes on and off for almost 4 years and have never been disappointed. The teachers are very knowledgable and professional, but also kind and gentle spirits who channel exactly what I need mentally and physically. I am sooooo thankful for Nicole and her yogis!
