Sol Yoga Collective

Never have I felt more supported at a yoga studio. Not only are the instructors continually innovative in leading but community and personal growth are focused on and supported by all. Sol has helped me make yoga a natural part of my life where Im simply expected to show up as I am.Sol Yoga Collective was a breath of fresh air on my short trip to Rapid City. I was welcomed by Karen who happily welcomed a new comer into the studio even introduced me during class which was so kind!The studio itself was clean and comforting- with lovely touches such as hot tea and complimentary yoga mats. Also, the fellow yogis were welcoming and brought an energy to my day that I am so grateful for.
