Really amazing instruction during workout. You really just go with the flow. Still sore but had a wonderful time. Just a heads up, be prepared for heat and bring a big water bottle, youll drink it quickly. However, sometimes it can be a little crowded. Still doesnt detract from the value of the service provided.I have been going to Sol Vibe for a few years now - 5 stars all day, every day. The instructors always provide challenging and motivating classes from cycling, rowing, and hot room workoutsyoga. It is an amazing community of people that makes everyone feel welcome. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a workout studio.
