The worst customer service experience Ive had with Morris was the worst experience theres no zero star option here. I was a fairly loyal customer, and our customer experience didnt seem to matter. We bought a departmental couch about a year ago very expensive and it was delivered with a missing piece of torn upholstery and an electric recliner. Needless to say, after 11 months of waiting, the furnishings have not been repaired and there is still no cord. We have been told every possible excuse to show a lack of repair or a cord for the couch.
