Great gym! Excellent equipment. Nothing beats Armor in Knoxville, it really isnt much a competition either. The atmosphere is unrivaled, the staff play music that can actually fuel a workout instead- meaning those days where you misplace your headphones you wont be stuck listening to the same 3 songs from the radio over and over again. The staff are great, but the people there make you want to become a better version of yourself. Simply put, theres always a bigger fish. Somebody is always stronger, always bigger- and that can really motivate people. Worth the 20 minute commute and the membership cost is worth every penny.
