We are lucky in Northwest Arkansas to have some wonderful yoga studios, but there is no doubt that AR Yoga is my favorite. Its such a pleasant and easy environment. If you have any reservations about attending a class or joining the community, they melt away at the door. It seems like, over time, yoga has shifted a bit toward athleticism and away from a holistic mindbody practice in many studios, but not at AR Yoga. When I leave the studio, I feel better about myself, but I also feel better about the world around me. Thats something we all need more of in our lives, especially now. There is one final thing that puts AR Yoga ahead of the curb for me, and its the light. Im stained glass artist and I love to watch light at play. The way the light moves through the studio creates such a peaceful and comfortable space.
