I really enjoy the energy of uptown yoga at both of their locations. They have great instructors that get you moving in a positive way. Very welcoming environment. My favorite instructor is Alexandra at 5pm on Fridays in The Colony. She keeps an upbeat quicker paced class that is different and challenging while also being fun to participate in. Its a very cool yoga class.This past Friday I went to the 500 class with Alexandra Z she was great!! This is my first yoga studioclass since being in the area I will definitely be going back. Alexandras class was upbeat and just challenging enough with modifications provided as needed, would recommend!!
