Responsibilities
-You can be a part of a success story! At Monarch were growing and need your help to keep the positive momentum and family culture advancing.
-Ensuring that work orders are being completed and assigned to team members based on priority
-Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
-Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
-Monthly budget analysis with Property Manager
-Manage and maintain a consistent preventative maintenance program
-Exterior structural maintenance as needed
-Managing coverage of a 247 emergency on-call system
-Managing bids and planning major repairs from third party vendors
