Ive been trying to get my fence done properly since April 27th, its been 7 months for reference. Josh, based on the interactions I had with the assistant manager, did not have the time or patience to listen to the frustrations of his clients. When I tried to convince Lowes customer service team, I contracted Lowe to build a fence and gate in the backyard. I should have been concerned when no one came to survey the land but they assured me that it would work with an appraiser using our property line. The original fence had gaps and did not meet expectations. The installer has returned 5 times and the gate does not seem to be leveling. There is no lock on the gate. We were told that there would be tension wires for our dogs to stay and as you can see in the picture it was not installed.
