I lost power because of my main breaker and they came out at 11pm and my service fee was the same it was 79 and he recovered my main breaker fix power and then we discussed what it would cost to change my panel and change my breaker Everything seemed reasonable to do but he insisted that I get two more guesses before we talk so I know Im not spending extra. He was very respectful of Kovid and he was very respectful of my house. He was not rude about the fact that my house is over 40 years old and it would be time to upgrade the staff. He was very knowledgeable about his product and he explained everything without any haste. Then I paid him and he left a very good experience overall
