The shopping experience itself was very pleasant. We were shopping for a small couch, they were very helpful to choose one. It was a custom order and we were told that it would take UP ten weeks to get the order. Sounds reasonable. I received a confirmation in the mail that the couch would be delivered by the end of February. However, February, no couch. In mid-March, it was said, this will be the end of the March truck. March, no couch. Now April is over, no couch. We will call you. When I called to ask, the person on the phone was rather curt and said, Looks pretty good! You and everyone else are waiting. No explanation, no forgiveness, nothing !. Very unhappy. I was going to buy more stuff from them, not now if it doesnt have stock and I can stop right there and then.
