I absolutely love this yoga studio. The energy is so wonderful and all of the teachers are excellent. I love that there is optional heat in several of the classes. That way I can experience hot yoga if I feel like it or just do room temperature if my body is wanting that. I cant recommend this place highly enough.Trailside is the best! Excellent and large facility and they have the best instructors you could ever imagine. Trailside has helped me strengthen my mind, body, and soul! Many classes to choose from at all times of day. I highly recommend this place!!
