Okay, I bought a diamond finger ring 20 years or more ago. The warranty I bought covered both gold and diamonds.Now I need to fix my toe ring, no lost diamond is just broken gold. I have a piece of gold and now they say gold is not covered. It may just be me, but its B.S. How hard will it be to fix it? Other repairs are not according to people, especially since I have a piece I finished with KAY. I bought a diamond necklace sterling silver on August 10th. I got it around the 20th. It was 2 days and the chain broke. , Get back. Which means it will take some time by mail or it will have to be brought back. My point is I am very busy and I dont have time to go to the store to return the item or take it to the post office.
