Great gym. Great staff. Never too crowded. I work out 7 days a week. Just wish it was open earlier on weekends but Im not complaining.I cant say enough great things about SH! The staff is wonderful the trainers are committed and professional. I have trained with 2 outstanding trainers - Liz Raz, my husband trains with Tyler, and my son with Joseph. We have all seen the mental benefits especially during this past year! and have had great physical results! We returned to SH the day they re-opened in June 2020 and felt very comfortable. SH did a great job keeping staff and clients safe during Covid. Hats off to Chang Ben the rest of the crew!
