Ensure all staff members receive a 10 minute break for each 4 hour period of work. During the absence of staff from the assigned area insure all work in progress continues without interruption until the staff member returns from their break. Plan 1 activity each day to bring with you into each classroom to be implemented should additional play materials be necessary in the absence of the staff member taking their break. Collaborate with children, staff families to assure High Quality early childhood education
