I bought a mirror on October 1st. Within a week, the price dropped by 100. I call customer service for price adjustment. My request was denied after I called two representatives. I have received different responses from different representatives. I could not even cancel the purchase, although the item was not shipped based on my edge information. Price adjustment within one week of purchase provided by other businesses, not yet available in West Elm. Customer service has given inconsistent answers. West Elms webpage does not allow customers to review products. I used to be a loyal customer. However, I no longer think their service is customer-friendly. Also, some West Elm products are not fair for quality price tags.
