The Yoga Tree has always been a comfortable and safe space for me. I love the community of students and teachers within the studio. Ally, the owner, is great, and has kept the studio very clean and safe for everyone all throughout the pandemic. My favorite type of class is restorative yoga. Restorative yoga is worth checking out if you want to relax in comfortable poses without much movement.I have been practicing at the Yoga Tree for over 5 years. The instructors are knowledgeable, caring and attentive to the specific need and goals of each yogi. Throughout the pandemic they have gone over and above to change with the needs of the community and keep us in our practice. They offer many class options in order to ensure all yogis classes and times that work with our busy schedules. Great studio! Come practice with us!!
