I wouldnt normally write a review for problems in a store but today I was shocked by the lack of courtesy and service at Keystone location in Indianapolis Indiana. My 9 year old daughter and I were in the store for about half an hour and no one acknowledged us or asked if we needed help. I went to a colleague to ask a question and he looked at me and walked away. I have seen multiple customers come and they have been welcomed and helped immediately. Not understanding why no one would help us, my daughter left crying. She wanted to make her own bracelet. Weve made multiple necklaces in the last few years and this time she wanted to do something different. We also wanted to get teacher gifts. Again we left empty handed because no one would help us. I work in customer service and this is completely unacceptable.
