Loved the gym, but the customer service and cancellation process were absolutely abysmal. Was charged a surprise 110 something they glossed over during the signup process to get an extra buck. Youd have better luck going to Vida or Golds around the areaIve been a member here for over three years. I signed up because I moved to the Ballston area, but I have continued my membership over the past few years even after moving farther away to 2 other locations in Arlington! I love the variety of group fitness classes and find all the instructors to be professional, engaging and friendly. The only equipment I typically use in other parts of the gym is in the treadmill area, and have never been in a situation where Ive been unable to find an open machine even during peak times.
