Santee Fishing had something goin on, thought we fixed

It was truly an honor meeting the Bass Fishing Hall of Famer, and also Mr.STASH himself Let me just fill yall in on how it all went down.....first off my dad and I were fishin an area known as Jacks Creek on Lake Marion, Santee Cooper, caught a decent fish punchin mats and then I started smelling wires burning,

Needless to say we had something goin on, thought we fixed it so we continued to fish, wind was beating us up, so we said lets go to Stumphole Swamp.....Roll up in there and the first thing I see is a wrapped boat and the more I look at it the more I think I know who it is.....well I was right it was Mr.Davy Hite, fishing and filming for I really hated to bother them but my dad was like this might be the only chance you ever get so

I said youre right! Trolled over and met him! Awesome right??? It doesnt end there! So we meet and greet and go about our business my day has been made! We fish for a few more hours and start to head back to the landing.....well my dads boat just dies!!! Sitting ducks! We start to troll to another boat landing that was closer....45 min later we get there. And my dad had someone pick him up and take him to the other landing to get the truck.

I really didnt wanna bother them again and know they were ready to get goin, just like us but this stuff just doesnt happen! So I asked for a few more pics before we left! The good Lord had it figured out, it was a reason the boat broke down and it all went down the way it did! I broke off a giant in a laydown and was mad but this made everything better and took my mind off of it..... couldnt ask for a better day!! Thanks guys for takin the time to speak and get a pic meant the world to me!
