We are currently seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Worker position!! The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the grounds, facility and equipment.Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment including, but not limited to, plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical.
Receive and follow maintenance scheduleinstructions from your supervisor as outlined.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams and operation manuals.

Maintain knowledge and operation of maintenancesecurity aspects of facility.Maintain facility in good repair, ensuring a safe, clean and orderly environment.Maintain communication with the Director of MaintenanceSecurity re issues affecting the facility.Respond to fire alarms as required refer to Fire Safety Manual for employees responsibilities and those that are specific to your position.
