Eric is an amazing instructor. Love love love the 0530 class! Clean and really enjoyed sweating it out. A friend introduced me to hot yoga after practicing yoga for years - it took me months to finally try! Excellent quality of instruction Ive since gone to several other studios while traveling, and the room is a consistent temperature. If you are new or have any ailments, speak to whoever checks you in since they are likely the instructor. This studio, along with the Milwaukee location, is top notch - try it!
