Reading plumbing performance of skilled plumbing tasks

Comfort Zone Home Services is accepting applications for a qualified Plumbing Mechanic with a minimum of 5 years of experience to work in the Plumbing division on residential and light commercial work. Comfort Zone Home Services has been family owned and operated since 2015 and continues the tradition of providing excellent HVAC and Plumbing services to our communities in Ocean County New Jersey.

This is manual work at the journeyman level in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems up to company standards, while providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Work involves performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, installing, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment. Routine maintenance, service, and repair work are performed independently.
Reports to Plumbing Division Manager

Required Qualifications
Residential plumbing repair and installation experience of at least 3 years
Light Commercial Experience a plus
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized and proficient of reading blueprints
Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes
Willing to work in all types of weather
Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade
Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings, and safety precautions of the work
