Grants Pass Cleaning depending upon location and situation

Mindys Cleaning Solutions is looking for a new team member. Must be reliable, trustworthy, and honest. We clean businesses, move outs, vacation rentals, and residential. We would prefer you have your own car, but can carpool depending upon location and situation. Reliability is a deal so make sure you can commit to the hours and days you say you can.

We are highly detailed, work top to bottom, and guarantee our work so we set high standards and like to call our work more of an experience rather than a service for our clients. We care about our work, we enjoy it, and put our all into this small business with a huge heart.

You dont need to have cleaning experience in order to apply. Either way we will train you for two weeks of what we want and expect from you should you want to continue working for us after training. At the end of the two weeks we will regroup and make sure its a good fit on both ends and what youd like to do going forward. After two weeks youd be on the schedule regularly days and time vary must be able to work weekdays, hours vary 8 am- 8pm, and some weekends throughout year. More hours are possible down the road. However this is a labor intensive job so we normally dont push more than 15-20 unless asked asked the road and your attendance shows you can handle that.

We are an extremely trustworthy, high paced but thorough, and well respected business in the area and we are looking for people who want to work. THIS IS HARD WORK. We do expect one monthly meeting a month from you on a Saturday, but we are known to give bonuses, raises, Fundraisers for the community, and you will gain family and friendship if you are a team player.
