The Administrative Assistant will provide support to Vestas Sales and Marketing departments. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing the departments general administrative activities.

Maintains enthusiastic, polite, and professional communication when fielding incomingoutgoing phone callsemails, scheduling meetings and in routine correspondence. Great interpersonal skills are essential. You will act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff.
